when i try to download unreal tournament 3 it sais not respo

Looks like something wrong with the program used to download the game. Uninstall and reinstall the download program. If that wont work check for Windows Updates. There might be issues running the program. At worse reinstall Windows.

No some of them sure look like him though lol. However prehaps someone has relesed a mod with his skin people make custom skins all the time
